Generous Community

We have been overwhelmed with the kindness extended from our community. A local Armstrong family as well as President’s Choice both donated money to our Breakfast program. The Bargain Bin donated 1000.00 to our Askews lunch account. The Glad Tidings Church provides daily lunches for families. On Site Restoration donated socks, hats, scarves and gloves. There are probably 150 outer garments that were donated!! Askews donated 750.00 in food cards! The Armstrong division of Tolko also donated 1800.00 in food gift cards! Two families donated money to sponsor other LWMS students for winter rec and as well, Silver Star is sponsoring three student’s fees. Two families are buying Christmas presents for other LWMS families and our Local Royal Canadian Legion is buying presents for many of our students. We also are so thankful to Nor Val who sponsored a program

that targets the five pillars of reading. WOW! We are so grateful!
