LWMS PINK SHIRT DAY!!!

LWMS had a very successful Pink Shirt day, with a few activities leading up to the day. Firstly, our class reps designed bulletin boards with pink shirts that promoted messages of kindness. The class reps also promoted a kindess challenge which had 15 activities. We counted all the kind acts, and our school had a GRAND TOTAL OF 814 KIND ACTS!!!!! WOW! Mrs. Hamilton’s class had the most kind acts with 127, and second was Mrs. Ganzeveld’s class with 116! As prizes, these two classes received Pink Shirt Day buttons to wear! Also for Pink Shirt Day, our GSA group collected artwork and have put together a wonderful display in the library. The Gallery display is titled Diversity, Inclusiveness and Kindess. It is amazing! Well done LWMS!
