Winter Rec Instructions

Hello folks! Winter Rec is upon us again! Please look at the instructions below for the activity your child has chosen. Future Winter Rec dates are in the “Upcoming Dates” side bar of this website (scroll to the bottom if you’re on a mobile phone):

The first Winter Rec day is this Thursday, January 18!

SILVERSTAR

• Pack a lunch
• Dress warm, in layers
• Bus returns to school @ 4:15 PM (students need to be picked up at school)

ENERGYPLEX

• Pack a lunch or bring money for concession (no eating on bus or outside food in Energyplex)
• Wear socks
• Avoid bringing valuables as there is not a secure storage space at Energyplex
• Bus will be back before end of day

GROUP 1 SALMON ARM

Jan 18^th – Swimming in the morning – ARC Gaming in the afternoon

• Bring swimsuit/towel
• Pack a lunch
• Bus will be back before end of day

Feb 8^th – ARC Gaming in the morning – movie at the theatre in the afternoon

• Pack a lunch
• Concession open at the theatre
• Bus will be back before end of day

GROUP 2 SALMON ARM

Jan 18^th – ARC Gaming in the morning – movie at the theatre in the afternoon

• Pack a lunch
• Concession open at the theatre
• Bus will be back before end of day

Feb 8^th – Swimming in the morning – ARC Gaming in the afternoon

LOCAL

• Local activities at school
• Skating Feb 8^th and 29^th at Nor-Val Centre
• Movies @ Centennial Hall
